Log in to cPanel
Two ways to reach cPanel for your web hosting: the one-click button in your client area, or the direct cPanel address.
cPanel is where you manage your web hosting: email accounts, websites, files, and databases. There are two ways to reach it.
From your client area (recommended)
If you have a client-area login, this is the quickest route and needs no separate password. On a phone, the menus below sit behind the navigation icon in the top corner.

Sign in on the sparrowhawk.cloud website.

Open the Services menu and select My Services.

Find the hosting service you want to manage.

Select Log in to cPanel.
You will be signed straight in, no cPanel username or password required.
Directly by web address
You can also open cPanel in any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and others) at one of these addresses. Replace yourdomain.co.za with your own domain.

If your domain is new and its DNS has not finished pointing to the server yet, or your SSL certificate is still being issued, this address may not load. Use the client-area route above, which works straight away, or contact support and we will get you in.
At the cPanel login page, enter your cPanel username and password, then select Log in. You will land on the main cPanel home page, where you can start creating and managing email accounts, websites, and other hosting features.
