Create a cPanel email account

Add a new email address to your domain from the Email Accounts area of cPanel.

This guide assumes you are already logged in to cPanel. If you are not, see Log in to cPanel.

  1. In cPanel, find the Email section and select Email Accounts.

    You can also type "Email Accounts" into the cPanel search box.

  2. On the Email Accounts page, select Create.

  3. Enter the name for the new address (the part before the @) and choose the domain it belongs to.

  4. Set a password for the mailbox.

    If the address is for someone else, choose Provide alternate email instead, and cPanel will send them a link to set their own password.

  5. Select Create.

The new email account is now active and ready to use. You can access it through webmail or set it up in a mail app.
