Access your email with webmail

Webmail lets you read and send email from any browser, without setting up a mail app. There are two ways to reach it.

From your client area (recommended)

If you have a client-area login, this is the quickest route. On a phone, the menus below sit behind the navigation icon in the top corner.

1. Sign in on the sparrowhawk.cloud website.

2. Open the Services menu and select My Services.

3. Find the relevant hosting service.

4. Select Log in to Webmail.

Directly by web address

Anyone with a mailbox can open webmail in a browser at one of these addresses. Replace yourdomain.co.za with the domain your email address ends in.

Enter the full email address and its password, then log in.

Once you are in, your mailbox opens in Roundcube, the webmail application, in your browser. From here you can read, reply to, and send email.
